Benjamin Brettschneider

Benjamin Brettschneider was born in Hamburg in 1976. In 1998, after successfully leaving his school, he went to work for a Multimedia Production company in Kiel. There he gained two years of initial work experience in filming and design for Print and Web, working both in Berlin and Hamburg. After landing a job in London at a Multimedia Agency in the fields of production, editing, graphic design, filming and animation, he worked as a director for short films, among other roles, at MTV Networks Europe/London, and as a programme filler for international TV stations, also in London. In 2001, he began working as an independent director and producer for on-air promotions, image advertisements and design for MTV Networks Europe/London. Since 2004, Benjamin has been working as an independent director, designer and copywriter, predominantly for classic advertising. Now he is a successful director for customers like VW, Samsung, Telekom, Commerzbank, Mobiliar, Feldschlösschen, Ikea, Saturn, Hyundai, to name only a few.
